Refund policy

All Sales Final (Consumable Products)
Due to the nature of hemp-derived consumable products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@earthly.us with photos of the issue.

We will:

• Replace the product, OR
• Issue a refund at our discretion

Unopened Products
Unopened products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if abuse of this policy is suspected.
